We are hosting a complete guided immersion into dream practices and techniques of the ancient Greek God Asklepios to explore through shared process the power of healing, using dream incubation, myth and the creative imagination. AN ADVENTURE INTO PERSONAL GROWTH AND SELF REFLECTION

How has your psyche been shaped by life’s challenges and what needs to change?

This is a 4 day deep process, wellness retreat with Jungian colleague, Dr Lorraine Levy, in the UK in October this year. 

• You will explore stumbling blocks 

• Ask important questions of yourself 

• Explore how to turn your life around 

• Create a new vision of the future 

All under the guidance of two senior depth therapists and within the supportive sharing of a group setting.  Based on the mythical trials of Psyche this retreat will be an amazing opportunity to go within and start a programme of personal growth and renewal.

As well as guided workshops, every day can include:

  • – yoga and breath work
  • – cold water swimming
  • -invigorating saunas  

You will enjoy a range of healing creative imagination techniques to explore your inner process including storytelling, art, drama, dream sharing and readings with personal time to relax & integrate your own personal learnings.
